FS#36 - AMR: move config-files to data/config folder
Add a new data-directory to CL for all editable or config stuff.
Make subdirectories for cache, logs, config, etc.
Also add a write check to setup.

AMR now checks for new data/config
folder first and throws a warning if an
old config file is in plugin folder.
